All ages and abilities are welcome in our yoga classes. I believe that yoga is for everyone, regardless of where you are on your wellness journey. My classes are designed to cater for beginners and experienced practitioners alike.
Classes typically run as a four week course, providing you with the opportunity to immerse yourself in your practice and witness the benefits of consistency. I offer a variety of classes each week, ensuring that you can find a time that suits you.
Cost: £60 for one class per week
Online Rise & Shine Yoga:
Mondays & Wednesdays · 7:15–8:00am
£50/month for up to 10 classes per month or £10 drop-in
Runs continuously month to month
Additionally, you will receive access to my online library of recorded classes, allowing you to participate at your convenience from any location.
