This online beginner’s yoga course is designed to introduce you to the fundamentals of yoga, guiding you through basic postures, gentle flows, breathwork (pranayama), and meditation.

These longer sessions are designed for those who want to go deeper into their practice, offering profound benefits for the body and mind. With longer-held postures, breathwork, and mindfulness techniques, these workshops encourage deep relaxation, emotional release, and nervous system regulation. Whether you're looking to ease stress, improve sleep, support emotional healing, or simply enjoy a nurturing self-care practice, these sessions are a wonderful way to slow down and reset.
As we close the chapter on 2025 and begin to look ahead, this workshop is designed as a grounding reset for both body and mind. Through deeply restorative Yin, gentle twists, to support the body’s natural detoxification processes while creating space for mental clarity.
You’ll be guided through reflective prompts and a soothing Yoga Nidra to help you release what you no longer need and set clear, heart-led intentions for the year ahead.
