My Small Group Strength, Core & Stretch classes are designed to help you feel stronger, more supported, and more confident in your body, without the overwhelm of a busy gym.
In these sessions, we use a combination of weights, bodyweight exercises, and functional movements to build strength safely and effectively. The focus is on improving muscle tone, bone density, posture, and everyday movement, making you stronger for real life, not just the workout.
We place special attention on core strength supporting your spine, improving balance, and helping to reduce aches and pains followed by guided stretching to increase flexibility, aid recovery, and leave you feeling relaxed and energised.
With small group numbers, you’ll receive personal guidance, individual corrections, and encouragement, making the classes suitable for beginners and those returning to exercise, as well as anyone looking to complement their yoga practice.

I offer a tailored and one-on-one approach to your fitness journey. I work closely with you to create a personalised fitness plan that aligns with your goals and aspirations. I take into consideration your fitness level, preferences, and any physical limitations, ensuring a safe and effective training experience.
For those who thrive in a supportive and collaborative environment, my small group sessions provide an excellent option. These sessions bring together like-minded individuals on a shared fitness journey. You'll benefit from a supportive community while still receiving individualised attention.

Online Rise & Shine Yoga:
Mondays & Wednesdays · 7:15–8:00am
£50/month for up to 10 classes per month or £10 drop-in
Runs continuously month to month
Additionally, you will receive access to my online library of recorded classes, allowing you to participate at your convenience from any location.
